At Skin Deep Medispa, we want you to feel confident in your skincare journey; if a product doesn't meet your expectations, you may return it within 30 days of purchase. Please note that for hygiene reasons, all returned items must be unopened and in their original packaging to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our concierge team via email with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization code.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the unused products in their original boxes, ensuring the Return Authorization code is clearly written on the outside of the package.

• 3.
  Ship to Medispa

  Send your items back to our clinic using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return reaches our quality control team safely.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our specialists inspect the items, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
